My realtor/sister, in Omaha, Nebraska, researched Lisa Spencer's info on the web prior to the first contact. She has proven to hold a high integrity behavior throughout the year and half that she stood as my representative in my properties area as I live 1300 miles away. There were repairs needed and she was in consistent contact with the companies that preformed the repair jobs. She made sure they continued their tasks in a timely manner and that they followed up with needed inspections and final paper work. She was excellent at making sure all proper steps were accomplished in the sale and where she wasn't sure about something she would say so and quickly go find the answer. She is not an arrogant personality that boasted beyond her performance. She said what she meant and meant what she said. I found her quite refreshing in a less trusted profession. She listened to my thoughts and requests and was always polite and prompt in response. My sister offered the idea of a "Coming to market soon." web announcement and Lisa Spencer did it. That got the sale before we even needed to "list it". I consider Lisa Spencer more than an acquaintance. She's our friend.
by Chris Coats -Billings, Mt. (Seller)Lisa showed us several homes. We never felt pressured or pushed, instead she understood and worked with us continuously. She took every call and text, which was a lot. We greatly appreciate Lisa and all the work she did for us
by Ashley, Grover Beach (Buyer)Lisa was our agent with the sale of our first home. It's the attentiveness, communication, empathy and hard work she did for us that had us seek her out for the sale of our second home. She will definitely be our agent during the purchase of our third and final home. Lisa does great job explaining the contract jargon. Makes herself available to answer any questions. I greatly appreciate that she is not afraid to say " I don't know, but I will find out." to questions we had. She always got the answer for us either the same day or the next.
